Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive - Sales to actively drive land sales, build strong customer relationships, coordinate property site visits, and guide clients through documentation and property transfer processes.
The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, strong customer handling skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities while achieving sales targets and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate customer site visits and promote available land properties
- Drive sales activities to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely support throughout the sales journey
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
- Guide customers through documentation and property transfer-related processes
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain required documentation and approvals
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and inquiry details
- Provide professional customer service and ensure a smooth sales experience
- Support field sales operations and attend site visits when required
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification
Experience
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Experience in field sales operations within the real estate industry would be preferred
- Experience in customer handling and coordination with external authorities would be an added advantage
Skills & Other Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with good sales and negotiation abilities
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to follow up with customers and manage inquiries professionally
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and email communication
- Valid riding or driving license
- Willingness to travel for property site visits when required
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment
