Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive / Executive – Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and expand market presence. This role focuses on promoting technical solutions, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction within a fast-paced engineering and software environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market service solutions and maintenance contracts to clients
• Visit potential and existing customers to understand requirements and identify opportunities
  
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  
• Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely collection of payments
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer support
  
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to forecast sales trends
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth
  
• Support after-sales service coordination and client satisfaction initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles
• Exposure to engineering, technical products, or software solutions will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala
  
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  
• Result-oriented mindset with ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a demanding environment
  
• Strong market awareness and business acumen
• Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage
