Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing to drive business growth and expand the client base within the freight forwarding industry. This role focuses on developing customer relationships, securing new business, and achieving revenue targets in a competitive logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships
  
• Procure freight rates from shipping lines and airlines
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  
• Prepare sales reports and provide performance updates to management
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Provide customized logistics solutions to meet client needs
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Logistics, Transport, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics
• Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain industry will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Good understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
