Role Overview

• Our client, a well-established organization in the marketing, processing, supply, and installation of Granite, Marble, Quartz, and other Natural Stone products, is seeking a Co-ordinator – Accounts / Administration / Human Resources for their factory located in Homagama.
• The role requires handling a variety of Accounts, Administrative, and Human Resources-related duties while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Homagama, Athurugiriya, Oruwala, Kottawa, and Panagoda.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounting-related tasks and support financial record maintenance
• Coordinate administrative functions within the factory
• Support and manage Human Resource-related activities
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting
• Work independently and effectively across Accounts, Administration, and HR functions
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times
• Be willing to work long hours to meet deadlines when necessary

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

• GCE Advanced Level
• Part qualification in Chartered Accountancy, CIMA, or AAT

Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting, Administrative, and Human Resources fields
• Knowledge of Human Resource Management

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good command of English and Sinhala
• Ability to work independently and effectively
• Good team player with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Age Requirement

Preferably above 30 years
