Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Branding & Communications to manage and execute branding and communication initiatives across digital and corporate channels. This role focuses on content development, social media management, and ensuring consistent brand messaging aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated communications and social media content calendars
• Create and maintain content for corporate websites, blogs, and digital platforms
  
• Coordinate content development, reviews, and approvals for timely delivery
• Manage and publish content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  
• Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on insights
• Execute branding and communication initiatives aligned with business strategies
  
• Support rebranding activities and ensure consistent brand identity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and communication goals
  
• Translate business strategies and projects into engaging brand narratives

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in branding, communications, or marketing roles
• Experience in apparel, fashion, or sustainability-related industries will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills
• Strong understanding of digital communication tools and social media platforms
  
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging
