Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Manager / Senior Manager – International Sales to lead global sales strategy and expand international market presence. This role focuses on driving export growth, building strong global partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue in a competitive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international sales strategies to drive export growth
• Identify and penetrate new international markets and distribution channels
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global buyers and partners
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and long-term agreements
  
• Collaborate with production, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure supply consistency
• Explore opportunities for value-added and customized product offerings
  
• Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and volume targets
  
• Represent the organization at international trade fairs and business meetings

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field
• MBA or postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in international sales or export markets
• Experience in manufacturing, agri-commodities, or export-driven industries will be an added advantage

• Strong international business development and export sales expertise
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  
• Strong understanding of global markets and customer dynamics
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
