Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive / Senior Executive – Sales (Passenger Airlines) to drive passenger sales, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with travel partners and corporate clients. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, promoting airline services, and supporting revenue growth in a competitive aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual passenger sales targets
• Promote airline routes, fares, and promotional campaigns
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
  
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
• Conduct regular sales visits, meetings, and presentations
  
• Coordinate with reservations and ticketing teams for seamless operations
• Ensure proper usage of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
  
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
• Track performance against KPIs and targets
  
• Analyze booking patterns and recommend improvements
• Support marketing campaigns and trade promotions
  
• Represent the organization at industry events

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in airline sales, GSA operations, or travel industry sales
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Strong understanding of airline distribution systems and ticketing processes
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
