Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead business development initiatives, expand international markets, and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on developing strategies, managing client relationships, and delivering high-performance sales outcomes within the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify and expand into new international markets and business opportunities
  
• Promote freight forwarding services to target customers and industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  
• Develop new products and service offerings based on market demand
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports and performance analysis
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Professional qualification such as CIM / SLIM will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics

• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
• Good understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong client relationship management abilities
