Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to lead and manage logistics and warehouse operations while ensuring operational excellence and service efficiency.

The role is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, improving operational performance, managing teams, and driving business growth within a dynamic logistics environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities and extensive experience in third-party logistics (3PL) operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to maintain high performance and engagement.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and operational standards across facilities.

• Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost management.

• Monitor operational performance using KPIs and operational metrics.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and continuous operational development.

• Collaborate with business development teams to support new business opportunities and growth initiatives.

• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure effective coordination between operations, logistics, and management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Advanced Diploma or relevant qualification in a related field will be considered an advantage.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5–10 years of managerial experience in logistics or supply chain operations.

• At least 3+ years of experience in 3PL logistics operations (mandatory).

• Experience in warehouse operations management is essential.

• Cold storage logistics experience will be considered an added advantage.

• Strong people management and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify operational and business opportunities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
