Location: Colombo (On-site | Full-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Senior Growth Marketer to join our prelaunch core team. This role is about more than just running ads or scheduling posts its about shaping a brand from the ground up, telling stories that inspire action, and building meaningful connections across luxury travel, sustainability, and community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the bridge between luxury travellers, conscious travel partners, and impacted communities.
• Engage with NGOs, sustainability pioneers, and facilitators to co-create meaningful travel experiences.
• Craft compelling stories that reflect the brands Luxury with Purpose ethos.
• Develop and execute campaigns, events, and partnerships to reinforce brand positioning.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotions, launches, and automation workflows.
• Set up and optimize automated email journeys based on customer lifecycle and behavior.
• Track performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and apply insights to improve engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in digital marketing.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in email marketing, campaign execution, segmentation, automation, and analytics.
• Performance marketing knowledge (Meta & Google Ads) is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong storytelling and relationship-building skills, able to engage CEOs, artisans, and travellers alike.
• A balance of creativity and strategy, with a hands-on approach in small teams.
• Passionate about blending luxury and responsibility through impactful brand narratives.
