Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to shape intuitive, accessible, and impactful experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves leading UX research, building prototypes, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver next-generation digital products for the global aviation and travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX research initiatives, developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Design responsive, accessible, and user-focused interfaces.
• Apply Design Thinking and Lean UX principles to drive rapid iteration and validation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams.
• Contribute to UI implementation (HTML, CSS, JS) as required.
• Evolve and maintain the design system while embedding UX best practices across teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in UX design with a strong, modern portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Familiarity with inclusive design practices and emerging trends such as AI-driven personalization.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in aviation, travel technology, or complex enterprise systems is an advantage.
