Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in order management and contract execution processes. The role involves performing audits, validating order details, conducting QA checks, and providing constructive feedback to improve team performance while maintaining compliance with client policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits on order forms and contracts to ensure compliance with client policies.
• Perform QA checks on workflows, including request verification forms.
• Validate order details such as units of service, approvals, contract terms, and invoicing details.
• Conduct sanity checks on order implementation and renewal cases.
• Document errors, categorize by severity, and submit root cause analyses (RCA).
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to reduce repeat errors.
• Maintain accurate audit logs and compliance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of QA experience in order management, deal execution, or BPO/KPO processes.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
• Familiarity with SAP, CRM, or workflow management tools is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective coaching and remedial abilities to improve team outcomes.
