Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architecture Specialist with expertise in Salesforce.com (SFDC) to design and implement robust IT solutions that ensure seamless integration across multiple systems. The role requires a strong background in Salesforce, SAP, middleware, and business intelligence tools, with the ability to guide business and IT teams toward innovative, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current technology and future trends to design robust Salesforce.com solutions.
• Provide guidance, orientation, and proof-of-concepts for non-standard IT solutions while ensuring compliance with business processes.
• Lead integration of end-to-end Sales & Services processes across Salesforce, SAP, SAP PI, Kafka, middleware, and BI platforms.
• Promote innovation and best practices in IT solution design.
• Educate IT Advisors, BPMs, and stakeholders on system capabilities, limitations, and opportunities.
• Conduct solution reviews and recommend improvements for inclusion in the innovation pipeline.
• Collaborate with IT Advisors and Enterprise Architecture on complex and non-standard requests, ensuring optimal solution design.
• Develop high-level solution designs considering total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Support business requirement gathering, process redesign, and documentation.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and best practices.
• Provide support during project implementation, resolving design challenges and risks.
• Manage technical change management processes, approving key data structures (KDS) and business process documents (BPD).
• Collaborate with MDM team to align data standards with target global design.
• Promote standardization, reuse of IT solutions, and communication of architectural value across teams.
• Support continuous improvement through root cause analysis, demand management, and design enhancements.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise as a Salesforce.com Architect, with end-to-end business process integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, SAP PI, Kafka, middleware, and business intelligence solutions.
• Ability to develop high-level designs with focus on scalability, compliance, and TCO.
• Experience in technical change management, data governance, and enterprise architecture alignment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and best practices.
