WE ARE HIRING : MDM Data Analyst / Steward Lead

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Data Analyst / Steward Lead to drive data quality, governance, and stewardship across enterprise domains. This role will serve as the domain expert, ensuring accurate, consistent, and reliable master data through effective data modeling, deduplication, and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the domain expert for assigned data areas, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.

  • Understand source systems feeding into the Master Data Management (MDM) platform.

  • Write and maintain documentation of stewardship for the assigned data domain.

  • Develop and enforce rules, standards, and policies for master data.

  • Implement and manage deduplication projects to create accurate golden records.

  • Generate and present data quality improvement measures to business stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with IT, governance, and business teams to ensure integration and alignment of data processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining MDM systems and solutions.

  • Proficiency in MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, CluedIn, or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with data governance platforms like Collibra and Alation.

  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, integration, cleansing, auditing, and validation techniques.

  • Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical MDM solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

  • Certification in the MDM domain (e.g., Certified MDM Professional) is an advantage.
