Role Overview


Were looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development professional to drive growth across HORECA, institutes, and modern trade channels. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, execute promotional initiatives, and deliver monthly volume targets while ensuring seamless order fulfilment and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities in HORECA, institutes, and modern trade channels.

  • Build and maintain strong PR with customers and key stakeholders/decision makers.

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and product activations.

  • Own and deliver monthly volume/revenue targets; track and report progress.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management.

  • Identify whitespace opportunities to expand market presence and penetration.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales ops, supply chain, finance) for smooth order fulfilment and service excellence.

  • Build, nurture, and retain a strong customer base in the segment; manage pipelines and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years in a similar capacity within the FMCG industry.

  • Proven Key Account Management experience.

  • Excellent English communication with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Strong decision-making, presentation, and analytical abilities.

  • Experience with route-to-market models (HORECA & modern trade).

  • Valid light/soft vehicle driving licence is an added advantage.

  • Bachelors degree / professional qualification in Marketing or Business Management is an advantage.
