Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Executive Ticketing with strong expertise in airline ticketing and Amadeus GDS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process airline ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds using Amadeus GDS.
  • Ensure compliance with airline fare rules, schedules, and company procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to ticketing with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth travel operations.
  • Stay updated on airline schedules, fare rules, and procedural changes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in airline ticketing.
  • Proficiency in Amadeus GDS (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of ticket issuance, reissuance, and refund processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
