Role Overview

We are seeking a fashion-savvy Senior Digital Media Executive to lead our brands digital voice across platforms. This role requires a strategic digital marketer with strong creative and analytical skills to drive innovative campaigns, manage influencer strategies, and deliver impactful content aligned with fashion and retail trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of innovative social media strategies aligned with fashion and retail trends.
• Create and schedule engaging content calendars for all digital platforms.
• Craft and execute content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strategically manage influencer and brand ambassador campaigns from ideation to execution and performance analysis.
• Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns, including performance monitoring and optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, and internal & external teams to align with marketing goals.
• Monitor KPIs and create detailed reports with actionable insights for campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and campaign execution.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn platforms.
• Excellent Sinhala and English content writing skills.
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Proven track record in influencer campaigns and trend-driven digital strategies.
• Experience liaising with agencies for creative content development.
• Deep experience in creating engaging, visually appealing content and reels.
