WE ARE HIRING : Application Support Engineer
We are seeking Application Support Engineers to join our 24/7 support team and keep mission-critical systems running smoothly.
What youll do:

Monitor, triage, and resolve production issues across airline reservation and airport systems.

Troubleshoot applications, databases, APIs, and infrastructure problems in real time.

Provide on-call support and participate in rotating day/night shifts.
-
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure quick resolution.
-
Escalate complex incidents to engineering and contribute to long-term fixes.

Maintain documentation, runbooks, and monitoring dashboards.
What were looking for:

Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 1-3 years experience.

Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with full-stack development concepts and APIs.

Good knowledge of Linux, databases, SQL, monitoring tools, and CI/CD practices.

Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customer-facing situations.

Willingness to learn and master the airline and travel domain.

Flexibility to work shifts and provide on-call support.
