Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Test Engineer to ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our applications. The successful candidate will design, execute, and analyze performance tests, identify system bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams to implement solutions.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed performance reports with recommendations.
• Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for stability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand performance requirements.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior testers and engineers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and processes.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
