Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operational activities within a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role is responsible for managing operational performance, ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered, developing team members, and maintaining exceptional guest experiences. The Operations Manager will work closely with senior leadership to support financial performance, operational efficiency, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Financial Management

• Demonstrate strong financial understanding of operational budgets and profit & loss performance.

• Manage labor schedules in line with operational budgets and forecast models.

• Successfully oversee departmental operations and cost center performance.

• Support senior management in achieving operational and financial objectives.

Team Leadership & Staff Development

• Mentor and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally.

• Support the development of a highly functional team aligned with operational goals and values.

• Define goals and expectations for team members through performance management tools.

• Support career growth and development opportunities for staff.

• Implement and execute training and development programs to improve team capabilities and employee retention.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Operations Managerial role within a high-volume hospitality or restaurant environment.

• Experience working in a casual-themed, full-service restaurant environment is preferred.

Skills

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong business acumen and operational understanding.

• Ability to analyze situations and implement effective solutions.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.

• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
