Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise technology initiatives and digital transformation projects. This role is responsible for managing complex system implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with leadership and stakeholder management capabilities to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Leadership

• Own and manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects while balancing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Translate business strategies into structured project plans, roadmaps, and measurable milestones.
• Develop executive-level project dashboards, status reports, and risk registers to maintain leadership visibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery efficiency and optimize resource utilization.

Technical Project Management

• Lead complex implementations involving ERP, OMS, WMS, e-commerce platforms, and enterprise data systems.
• Oversee integrations involving APIs, RESTful services, EDI standards, and enterprise data pipelines.
• Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to review system architecture and technical documentation.
• Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

• MBA from a recognized institution.
• Active PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).
• Agile / Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive project management experience, including 3+ years managing enterprise technology implementations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, OMS, WMS, or e-commerce platform implementations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely and align with USA working hours while maintaining flexibility for global collaboration.
