Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical systems. This role focuses on maintaining high availability, automating operations, and collaborating with engineering teams to build resilient cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and ensure service reliability in line with SLA/SLO targets
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis
  
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and highly available systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for issue resolution
  
• Develop automation for deployments, monitoring, and operational tasks
• Improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
  
• Support system patching, deployments, and integrations
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and cloud-native solutions
  
• Work closely with development teams to enhance system architecture
• Proactively identify and implement system improvements

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or cloud operations roles
• Experience supporting distributed systems and cloud environments

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of SRE principles (SLI, SLO, error budgets, incident management)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Nginx, HAProxy
  
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation
• Programming/scripting skills (Python, Shell, Java, JavaScript, or C/C++)
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in roster-based environments (including shifts)
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
