Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Officer to ensure a safe and compliant working environment across operations. This role is responsible for implementing health and safety policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor health & safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  Ensure compliance with local labor laws and safety regulations
• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents and prepare reports
  Conduct safety training programs and toolbox talks for employees
• Monitor proper use of PPE and promote safety awareness on-site
  Coordinate with management to improve workplace safety standards

Candidate Profile

• Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in cooling systems or metal fabrication.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to identify risks and implement preventive measures
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
