Role Overview
We are seeking a target-driven and energetic Call Center Executive to manage student lead engagement and appointment conversions. The role involves handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, nurturing prospective students, maintaining CRM accuracy, and supporting counselling teams to drive strong pipeline conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Calling & Appointment Setting

Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective students.

Qualify leads and schedule counselling appointments for consultants.

Meet daily and weekly call targets and appointment conversion KPIs.

Ensure effective follow-up to maximize walk-ins and virtual consultations.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in call center, telemarketing, or student recruitment environments.

Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to work under daily and weekly performance targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho is an advantage.

Strong follow-up discipline and time management skills.

Good command of English and Sinhala.
