Role Overview

We are seeking a target-driven and energetic Call Center Executive to manage student lead engagement and appointment conversions. The role involves handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, nurturing prospective students, maintaining CRM accuracy, and supporting counselling teams to drive strong pipeline conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Calling & Appointment Setting

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective students.

  • Qualify leads and schedule counselling appointments for consultants.

  • Meet daily and weekly call targets and appointment conversion KPIs.

  • Ensure effective follow-up to maximize walk-ins and virtual consultations.



Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in call center, telemarketing, or student recruitment environments.

  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to work under daily and weekly performance targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho is an advantage.

  • Strong follow-up discipline and time management skills.

  • Good command of English and Sinhala.

  • Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-focused approach.
