Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Outbound Travel to lead the overall business strategy, drive revenue growth, and deliver world-class travel experiences. This role requires strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of international travel markets, and proven leadership in managing successful outbound leisure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead outbound leisure travel division, overseeing all operational, commercial, and service functions.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with global tour operators, airlines, and DMCs.
• Identify emerging travel trends and develop innovative, market-responsive travel products.
• Manage international promotions and implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in travel management, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of international travel markets and supplier relationships.
• Proven ability to deliver commercial performance and lead teams toward ambitious goals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
