Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Operations to lead organizational transformation by implementing systems, SOPs, and digitization initiatives. This role focuses on governance, performance management, and cultural development to ensure operational excellence and enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and embed clear processes and SOPs across all service lines.
• Drive digitization through ERP/CRM adoption and enforce data discipline.
• Translate company goals into team targets; set KPIs and monitor performance.
• Recruit and coach managers, fostering accountability and ownership.
• Oversee operational governance including scheduling, inventory, quality, and documentation.
• Audit outcomes and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and margins.
• Enhance customer experience by reducing rework and escalations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading operations and business improvement in service or industrial environments.
• Proven success in implementing systems, processes, and cultural change.
• Strong ability to set targets, align teams, and motivate performance.
• Practical knowledge of planning, inventory control, and quality management.
• ERP experience preferred (ERPNext is a plus).
• ISO standards knowledge (9001/14001/22000/45001) is an advantage.
• Degree in Business Management, Administration, or Operations.
