Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Media Specialist to lead and strategize media, digital, and publication functions. This role involves managing institutional communications, advising on media relations and crisis response, and ensuring all outputs align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital platforms, analytics, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and oversee media, digital, and publication functions to ensure integrated communication outputs.
• Advise senior management on media relations, public opinion, and crisis response to safeguard reputation.
• Collaborate with communications and policy teams to maintain consistent messaging across platforms.
• Develop and maintain social media editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
• Monitor and resolve communication issues, negative narratives, or misinformation campaigns.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro) to track audience reach and sentiment.
• Build team capability in digital and social media management and policy articulation.
• Support wider digital communication efforts, including website content management.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in communications/media management, with at least 5 years in senior management.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital media, crisis management, and economic concepts.
• Expertise in managing institutional media platforms (e.g., X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Strong understanding of digital analytics and sentiment analysis tools.
• Proficiency in content tiering and plain language writing for complex concepts.
• Age limit: Not more than 45 years as of 19.11.2025.
