Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee all financial operations for our non-woven fabric manufacturing facility. This role involves handling financial reporting, cost analysis, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage cost accounting and inventory valuation for manufacturing processes.
• Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent discrepancies.
• Support management with financial planning and forecasting.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting within a manufacturing environment.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
