Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Salary Range: Rs. 135,000 165,000
Accommodation: Company-provided (transportation from Colombo to Tissa included)

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Executive Planning to develop and implement production schedules, monitor progress, and optimize resources for efficient manufacturing operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, inventory management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules based on demand forecasts and customer orders.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans to address delays or issues.
• Collaborate with design and procurement teams to ensure material availability.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations for efficiency and productivity.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements.
• Monitor resource utilization (manpower, machinery, materials) to minimize waste.
• Manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels.
• Work closely with quality control to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on best practices.
• Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Present performance metrics to senior management and recommend strategic initiatives.
• Implement inventory optimization techniques to reduce costs and avoid overstocking.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (Garment Technology / Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Strong command of English and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site at Tissamaharama (company accommodation provided).
