Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives while strengthening employer brand presence. The role focuses on driving strategic hiring practices, enhancing recruitment efficiency, and building a compelling employer value proposition aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment Management

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and assessing to onboarding to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Strategic Talent Acquisition Practices

  • Apply best-in-class methods for attracting, evaluating, and selecting top candidates.
  • Leverage data and analytics to continuously refine recruitment strategies and outcomes.

Compliance, Market Awareness and Efficiency

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and labor law updates to ensure compliance.
  • Drive cost-effective hiring through automation, digitization, and process optimization.

Strategic Integration and Data-Driven Enhancement

  • Align branding initiatives with recruitment goals through collaboration with marketing and events.
  • Leverage analytics and market insights to continuously refine employer branding strategies and report measurable impact to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized body.

Experience

  • Minimum 05 years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR processes.
  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and corporate communications with a proven ability to create engaging content and manage brand presence across social media and employer review platforms will be viewed favorably.

Additional Qualifications & Skills

A qualification in HR analytics will be considered a plus.

Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
