Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead – Physical Security, Solutions Engineering to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade security solutions. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end physical security systems, supporting pre-sales and deployment, and ensuring high-performance solutions aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced physical security solutions (VSaaS, access control, smart parking)
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures
  
• Conduct site surveys, discovery workshops, and technical assessments
• Deliver product demonstrations, training, and technical support to clients
  
• Lead proof of concepts (POCs), pilots, and RFP solution responses
• Integrate security systems with networks and enterprise applications using APIs and automation tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, and product teams
• Maintain documentation including solution designs, diagrams, and reports
  
• Ensure smooth deployment, testing, and handover of solutions
• Support incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BSc Eng) or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in physical security solutions or systems engineering
• Experience in telecommunication or enterprise technology environments is preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of IP cameras, VMS/VSaaS platforms, and video analytics
• Experience with access control systems, smart parking, and security integrations
  
• Familiarity with APIs, MQTT, scripting (Python/PowerShell)
• Understanding of data security, encryption, and access control protocols
  
• Strong solution design, architecture, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting abilities
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  
• Vendor certifications (e.g., CCNA, PSP) are an added advantage
