Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E commerce Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day online store operations and ensure a seamless digital shopping experience. This role plays a critical part in maintaining site accuracy, optimizing performance, and enhancing customer engagement within the apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily e commerce operations including product uploads, merchandising, and homepage updates
• Execute promotions, product launches, and site updates to support business goals
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks and monitor site performance to identify and resolve issues proactively
• Collaborate closely with development teams to support website enhancements, launches, and fixes 
• Analyze site performance, customer behavior, and sales data to improve conversion rates and user experience 
• Maintain and optimize product catalog data for accuracy and consistency
• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site functionality and customer journey
• Balance analytical insights with creative merchandising strategies to improve product visibility and sales 

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e commerce, merchandising, logistics, or a related field 
• Experience working with e commerce platforms and online store management
• Exposure to apparel or retail industry will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital merchandising tools
• Familiarity with QA processes and issue tracking 
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights
• Strong communication and coordination abilities across teams 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Creative thinking combined with a commercial mindset
