Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Physical Security Solutions to lead sales growth for video surveillance, physical security, and VSaaS-related enterprise solutions within the telecommunication industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for building and managing a strong sales pipeline, engaging enterprise customers, driving revenue targets, developing partnerships, and converting opportunities into successful business outcomes. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong exposure to the physical security industry, existing customer relationships, and the ability to manage enterprise solution sales independently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Business Development
- Own sales responsibility for video surveillance and physical security solutions across enterprise, mid-market, and SME customers.
- Build and manage a strong sales funnel through existing industry relationships and new prospecting.
- Identify new business opportunities within enterprise, property development, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and regulated industry segments.
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets independently.
- Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to deal closure.
Enterprise Client Engagement
- Engage directly with CXOs, IT heads, security heads, facilities teams, and other key decision-makers.
- Understand customer security requirements and propose suitable physical security or VSaaS solutions.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and maintain long-term client engagement.
- Represent the business professionally in customer meetings, presentations, and industry engagements.
Solution Selling & Deal Conversion
- Lead solution-based selling for video surveillance, ELV, ICT, and physical security-related offerings.
- Work closely with solution architects, operations teams, and vendors to deliver complete customer solutions.
- Support proposal preparation, commercial discussions, and customer follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into successful business deals through strong negotiation and relationship management.
Partnership & Market Development
- Develop partnerships with system integrators, installers, technology vendors, and industry partners.
- Leverage industry networks to strengthen market presence and sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity within the physical security industry.
- Identify opportunities to expand physical security and VSaaS solutions across target customer segments.
Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on sales experience in video surveillance, physical security, ELV, ICT solutions, or related enterprise technology solutions.
- Existing customer relationships within enterprises, property developers, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, or regulated industries.
- Proven ability to independently drive deals from lead generation to closure.
- Good understanding of enterprise buying cycles and solution-selling approaches.
- Experience working with CXOs, IT heads, security heads, facilities teams, and senior decision-makers.
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision and high ownership.
- Exposure to compliance-driven environments will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to work closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Educational qualifications will be considered, but strong industry experience and customer exposure will be highly valued.
