Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Growth Manager with real overseas exposure to take full ownership of brand visibility, content strategy, and social media growth.

This is not a routine posting role. This is a high-responsibility hybrid position combining strategy and execution, where you will manage and scale the social presence of an Australian digital marketing agency.

You will be responsible for building a strong content engine, driving engagement, and implementing measurable growth strategies that attract new clients and strengthen brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.

  • Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok accounts.

  • Implement trend-based content strategies aligned with platform updates.

  • Drive organic growth and engagement across platforms.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create short-form and long-form content including reels, stories, videos, and graphics.

  • Manage and maintain a structured content calendar.

  • Write engaging captions, blogs, articles, and marketing copy.

  • Send email newsletters and marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual quality.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track analytics, engagement, and growth metrics.

  • Provide weekly performance reporting and insights.

  • Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.

Community & Brand Engagement

  • Engage with communities and relevant accounts to drive visibility.

  • Coordinate with design and creative teams to ensure brand alignment.

  • Stay updated on content trends and platform algorithm changes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are someone who:

  • Has worked with international or Western brands.

  • Understands Western audiences and tone of voice.

  • Writes clean, professional English.

  • Is both creative and analytical.

  • Takes full ownership without requiring constant supervision.

  • Proactively generates content ideas and identifies trends.

  • Thinks strategically and executes efficiently.

  • Knows how to grow accounts — not just post content.

  • Has strong attention to detail and brand awareness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in social media management and growth roles.

  • Proven experience managing international or overseas brand accounts.

  • Strong understanding of content marketing and digital growth strategies.

  • Experience using analytics tools and social media insights platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
