Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Leader to take full ownership of marketing execution, delivery quality, and team performance within a growing digital agency serving Australian clients.

This role is for someone who has already run campaigns at scale, built structured systems, and led teams successfully.

You will ensure strategy is clear, execution is structured, and results consistently improve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own marketing performance across all client accounts.

  • Translate client briefs into structured execution plans.

  • Build testing frameworks for ads, creatives, and funnels.

  • Audit ad accounts (Meta, Google, etc.) and make optimisation decisions.

  • Define when to scale, pause, or stop campaigns based on performance data.

  • Review landing pages and recommend CRO improvements.

  • Create and enforce SOPs across marketing and creative teams.

  • Manage and coach junior marketers and designers.

  • Lead weekly performance and delivery review meetings.

  • Ensure structured task assignment and timely delivery.

  • Identify capability gaps and recommend hiring where necessary.

  • Reduce operational inefficiencies and build predictable systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.

  • Proven experience managing multiple marketing campaigns at scale.

  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a team.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid media platforms.

  • Deep understanding of performance metrics, analytics, and optimization strategies.

  • Experience building SOPs, workflows, and structured delivery systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Experience working with Australian or international clients is an advantage.
