Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – US & Study Abroad Programs to lead student recruitment and promote international education opportunities. This role is responsible for driving sales targets, expanding student enrolments, building strong relationships with prospective students and educational institutions, and identifying new market opportunities.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting study abroad programs while guiding students and parents through their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve student recruitment and sales targets for each academic year or semester.
• Promote international education programs and study abroad opportunities to prospective students and parents.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and information sessions to educate students about overseas education pathways.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational partners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand student recruitment.
• Provide guidance to students regarding available programs, universities, and study destinations.
• Monitor market trends and student preferences to improve recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student application and enrollment processes.
• Prepare reports and track performance against recruitment targets.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the education or international student recruitment sector.
• Proven track record in achieving student recruitment or sales growth targets.
• Strong customer-focused approach with a passion for guiding students in their academic journeys.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field will be an advantage.
