Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Executive to build client relationships, drive sales, and deliver tailored financial solutions. This role involves converting leads, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities
Convert leads received from bank partners and build strong client relationships. Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Educate clients on products and provide after-sales support. Maintain follow-ups to ensure policy retention and renewals.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 months of experience in sales, preferably in Insurance, Banking, Leasing, Microfinance, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, or FMCG sectors.
- Entry to mid-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
