Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, drive sales, and deliver tailored financial solutions. This role focuses on converting leads, expanding the customer base, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Convert leads received from bank partners and build strong client relationships. Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies. Educate clients on product offerings and provide after-sales support. Maintain customer relationships to ensure policy retention and renewals.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 months of experience in sales, preferably in Insurance, Banking, Leasing, Microfinance, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, or FMCG sectors.
• Experience level may vary for Executive / Senior Executive positions.
