Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech & Non-Tech) to support and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience while working closely with hiring managers to meet organizational talent needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling both technical and non-technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and headhunting techniques
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms and ensure visibility
    Maintain and update candidate data in ATS systems ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare offer letters and support onboarding coordination
    Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
  • Assist in creating and improving job descriptions and recruitment strategies
  • Track recruitment progress and ensure timely closure of vacancies
    Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Tech & Non-Tech).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS systems)
  • Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
