Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, acquire corporate clients, and support revenue growth within the IT, technology, and electronics industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with corporate organizations, SMEs, agencies, and educational institutions, promoting relevant products and services, managing the sales pipeline, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate and business clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with SMEs, agencies, educational institutions, and corporate organizations.
- Promote technology products, repair services, and business solutions to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documentation.
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and active business opportunities.
- Build and maintain an organized sales pipeline with accurate client updates.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business-development discussions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support the successful closure of sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal service, sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, proposals, and sales activities.
- Support walk-in sales and service operations when required.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients.
- Experience in IT, technology, electronics, or device-related products and services will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of lead generation, client acquisition, and sales pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prepare professional quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Customer-focused with a professional and solutions-oriented approach.
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and business opportunities simultaneously.
