This role involves managing digital campaigns, social media platforms, and online content to drive engagement and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and update the company website with project details and listings.
• Execute SEO and SEM strategies to boost online visibility.
• Create engaging content for social media and email marketing campaigns.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and the sales team for marketing materials.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 24 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate/construction/project experience preferred).
• Proven knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of online lead generation and social media marketing.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns.
