Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Associate – Conveyancer to support legal and conveyancing processes aligned with UK standards. This role focuses on handling documentation, ensuring compliance, and assisting in end-to-end conveyancing transactions within a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing end-to-end conveyancing processes and legal documentation
• Prepare, review, and maintain property-related legal documents
  
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with UK conveyancing standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth transactions
  
• Track case progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintain proper records and documentation for all transactions
  
• Support communication with clients and stakeholders professionally
• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or related field
• Experience in conveyancing, legal support, or BPO operations will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of legal documentation and conveyancing processes
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
