Location: Colombo 03 (On-site)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM 5:30 PM) | First & Last Saturdays (Half day: 8:30 AM 1:30 PM)
Salary: Negotiable

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Risk Officer to lead the implementation of risk management policies and frameworks. This strategic role involves developing integrated risk management systems, conducting stress testing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to safeguard organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement risk management policies and processes, including Risk Appetite Statement.
• Develop and execute a Board-approved Integrated Risk Management Framework.
• Maintain an updated Risk Register and prepare risk assessment reports for board meetings.
• Take effective measures to control and mitigate risks at prudent levels.
• Establish mechanisms for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting risks.
• Conduct stress testing and provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI).
• Experience in compliance will be an added advantage.
• Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Finance, Management, Law, or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong command of English and ability to resolve issues independently.
