Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Manager – Performance Management System (PMS) to lead and manage the end-to-end performance management function across all business areas.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full PMS cycle, including goal setting, KPI development, performance reviews, reporting, succession planning, talent development support, and performance improvement initiatives. This role requires strong knowledge of KPI frameworks, HR strategy, performance analytics, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management System

  • Manage the full Performance Management System cycle, including goal setting, KPI development, mid-year reviews, and annual performance evaluations.
  • Ensure performance management processes are implemented accurately and consistently across departments.
  • Support managers and employees in understanding PMS expectations, timelines, and evaluation criteria.
  • Review and improve PMS policies, processes, and system effectiveness.

KPI Development & Performance Reporting

  • Develop, review, and monitor KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor organizational performance metrics and provide regular management reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting and insights.

Talent Development & Succession Planning

  • Support succession planning, talent development, and employee performance improvement plans.
  • Work with department heads to identify high-performing employees and development needs.
  • Assist in creating structured development plans for employees requiring performance support.
  • Contribute to building a performance-driven culture across the organization.

Training & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct training and awareness sessions for managers and employees on PMS processes.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on performance review standards, KPI setting, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to ensure smooth execution of performance-related activities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support effective PMS implementation.

Process Improvement & System Support

  • Identify areas for improvement in PMS processes, tools, and reporting methods.
  • Support implementation or enhancement of HRIS/PMS systems where required.
  • Ensure performance records, reports, and employee data are maintained accurately and confidentially.
  • Drive continuous improvement in performance management practices and reporting efficiency.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Performance Management, HR Strategy, Organizational Development, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of KPI frameworks, appraisal systems, and performance analytics.
  • Experience in HRIS/PMS systems and advanced Excel/reporting tools will be preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of performance improvement plans, succession planning, and talent development practices.
  • Ability to prepare reports, dashboards, and management insights.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and process improvement skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential employee information.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
