Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, performance-driven, and detail-oriented Executive – Marketing to support digital marketing execution, brand communication, content development, campaign management, and customer acquisition within the tourism industry.
The selected candidate will play a key role in executing integrated digital and offline marketing initiatives, strengthening brand visibility, improving customer engagement, and supporting lead generation for outbound travel products and experiences. This role requires strong storytelling ability, digital marketing knowledge, content creation skills, and the ability to work closely with agencies, sales teams, operations teams, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Brand Execution
- Execute digital marketing activities across social media, website, and other online platforms.
- Support the redesign and improvement of social media platforms in line with brand identity.
- Ensure all digital communications follow approved brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Monitor emerging digital trends and recommend creative campaign ideas.
- Maintain consistency across digital and offline marketing communications.
Creative Campaign Development
- Develop creative campaign concepts across digital and offline channels.
- Support seasonal campaigns, destination launches, promotions, and travel experiences.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and agency partners to create high-quality marketing assets.
- Ensure campaign materials are engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
- Support promotional activities for tailor-made holidays, group departures, and travel packages.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Develop and manage a content calendar to improve brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging travel content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, advertisements, and website content.
- Produce customer-focused content that speaks to travel aspirations, motivations, and desired experiences.
- Maintain consistent publishing schedules across digital platforms.
- Highlight destination experiences, product differentiation, exclusivity, and customer value propositions.
Website, SEO & Digital Performance
- Coordinate with digital agencies to optimize website content and structure for SEO and user engagement.
- Support improvements to destination pages, travel articles, package content, and lead generation pages.
- Drive quality traffic to digital platforms through organic and paid marketing initiatives.
- Monitor website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion performance.
- Support SEO improvements and website enhancements to improve visibility and customer experience.
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Support the full B2C marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.
- Assist in remarketing, email marketing, campaign optimization, and lead nurturing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase conversions.
- Track KPIs such as engagement, website traffic, lead generation, conversions, reach, and campaign ROI.
- Use campaign data and market insights to support better marketing decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within tourism, travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or service industries.
- Experience managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, and agency relationships.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and performance marketing.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Creative thinking ability with strong attention to detail and brand sensitivity.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of CRM and email marketing platforms will be preferred.
- Experience in travel or destination marketing will be an added advantage.
