Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Manager – Corporate to drive corporate sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and promote air conditioning and related product solutions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing corporate business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, supporting strategic customer engagement, and contributing to overall business growth within the HVAC and electronics sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Promote air conditioning, HVAC, electronics, and related product solutions to corporate customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, dealers, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct customer visits, sales meetings, product presentations, and solution discussions.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product or service solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
  • Follow up on inquiries, leads, quotations, and pending customer decisions.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support repeat business and account growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer needs, and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, activity reports, and follow-up updates.
  • Coordinate with internal technical, operations, logistics, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Support collection follow-ups and ensure customer commitments are tracked properly.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Work under pressure while maintaining professionalism, initiative, and target focus.
  • Lead and guide team members when required.
  • Perform any other sales or business-development duties assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

  • Full or part-time professional qualification in Sales and Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the corporate or dealer sector in a similar sales capacity.
  • Previous experience in electronics, air conditioning, HVAC, or related technical products will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and people-handling skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Strong team player with leadership qualities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good planning, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driving license is required.
  • Preferred age below 40 years.
