Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions throughout the conveyancing process. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high levels of customer service while ensuring smooth progression of property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for clients during the purchase or sale of properties, ensuring timely updates and excellent service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders both verbally and in writing, providing accurate and detailed information.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of company products and processes, suggesting process enhancements where possible.
• Identify and address case progression gaps, ensuring timely updates in systems.
• Recognize opportunities to present products and services aligned with client needs.
• Manage complaints professionally, applying knowledge of common issues to resolve matters quickly.
• Support internal departments by providing guidance on stagnated cases.
• Work independently to complete assignments within standard practices and established instructions.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems, proactively identifying solutions.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role; qualification from a recognized university is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer service deliverables and ensure zero complaints.
• Independent, proactive, and capable of problem-solving under minimal supervision.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding client service.
• Flexibility to work UK business hours.
