Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Production Manager to oversee all aspects of the production process at our manufacturing facility. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process within the facility.
• Plan, execute, and monitor production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate procurement of raw materials, equipment, and labor to support seamless operations.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols across production processes.
• Monitor production metrics, identify improvements, and drive cost efficiencies.
• Lead and motivate a diverse production team to achieve organizational goals.
• Foster effective communication across departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Physical Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of executive-level experience in a machine-intensive manufacturing facility.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing metrics.
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
• Preferred age between 30-40 years.
