Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality across order management processes. The role involves auditing order forms and contracts, performing QA checks, validating order details, and providing feedback to enhance team performance while maintaining compliance with client policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits on order forms and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with client policies.
• Perform QA checks on workflows, including request verification forms.
• Validate order details such as units of service, approvals, contract terms, and invoicing details.
• Conduct sanity checks on order implementation and renewal cases.
• Document errors, categorize by severity, and submit root cause analyses (RCA).
• Provide coaching and feedback to assigned team members to minimize repeat errors.
• Maintain accurate audit logs and compliance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of QA experience in order management, deal execution, or BPO/KPO processes.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical ability.
• Familiarity with SAP, CRM, or workflow tools preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong coaching and remedial skills to drive performance improvements.
