Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to provide fast, efficient, and effective IT and communications support across the organization. This role involves managing IT service desk operations, supporting Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring endpoint security compliance, and collaborating with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to enhance IT resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 & L2 support for Microsoft 365 (Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, MS Teams, Intune device management, and security compliance).
• Administer GAC business applications and perform system administration tasks.
• Manage Service Desk operations (ServiceNow) including ticket logging, classification, and resolution.
• Deliver desktop and application support to minimize downtime.
• Administer monitoring systems for proactive issue detection and resolution.
• Monitor antivirus status, device management, and servers (on-prem and cloud).
• Apply monthly security patches to servers and endpoints.
• Manage vendor onboarding and access compliance.
• Maintain IT service desk procedures and centralized documentation.
• Oversee inventory management for hardware and software assets.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or equivalent technical qualifications.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft 365, Azure Administrator, networking, Intune, Endpoint Manager, or ServiceNow (preferred).
• Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, JIRA), automation tools, and cybersecurity awareness.
• Familiarity with cloud security, MFA, and zero-trust concepts.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or IT administration.
